Hey folks! I'm Coach Zach & I'm an independent, 'club neutral' goalkeeper trainer, based out of Goodyear, but cater to keepers from all ends of the Valley. My education is in fitness, sports administration & business - holding 3 degrees; an Associates, a Bachelors in Sports & Fitness & a Masters Degree in Sports Administration, as well as being Nationally Certified Personal Trainer, Strength & Conditioning Specialist & Youth Fitness Specialist.

I myself grew up in Southern California playing soccer from a young age, I always played hockey & later got involved in weight lifting, calisthenics & plyometrics. As a footballer, I played  from rec to club, high school to college & then beyond! Through high school I trained professionally with Zac Abdel, who then was the trainer for the Los Angeles Galaxy, Moving on to training for the U.S Men's National Team, & most recently training/coaching with Toronto FC.

Out of High School I played for Moorpark College for two years, finishing my sophomore year ranked 5th in the state of California in goals against, I was named to the WSC 1st All-Conference & the WSC 2nd All-Region teams, as well as receiving All-League Honorable Mention & being nominated for All-American. From Moorpark I received a full scholarship to play out of South Georgia, where I led the entire NAIA in saves, saves per game & received All-League Honorable Mention two years in a row.

Post college I started playing in the USL, the NPSL & briefly played & worked in the back office for a team out of the UPSL. Throughout this experience I was humbled to compete with teams such as the LA Galaxy, (now defunct) Chivas USA, Mexico's U-20 National Team, & Puebla FC out of the Mexico's 1st Division playing with & against players like Jared Borgetti, Carlos Ruiz, Nate Jaqua, Sean Franklin, Miguel Ibarra & so many more!!

While in the USL, I remained the #1 keeper in the Nation for several years in saves, saves per game, minutes played, as well as received All-League Honorable Mention in the USL & NPSL multiple times, where I was named to the NPSL All-Star selection. At this time & for the remainder of my career, I trained with Ruben Messina; who played professionally out of Argentina, is the former head of Youth Goalkeeper Development for the LA Galaxy & most recently coached for the Fresno Fuego of the USL Pro.

Fast forward today, where I now serve the local communities providing the highest level of goalkeeper training & development you can find, as well as plyometric (strength, conditioning, speed, agility, etc.) & personal training services that you'll be able to find anywhere in Arizona!

If you have an interest or a need in advancing you or your child's mental, physical, emotional, technical, personal & professional abilities, let's get started right away & get you on the road to the absolute best version of yourself!!
